I just ordered a DuinoKit Essentials, however, as I'm just starting to learn about electronics, I'm anxious about shorting/frying any of the components as I'm not yet ready to diagnose and re-solder any components. As such, I have a few questions:
1. What must I avoid to prevent damaging any of the components? 2. Could anything become damaged from static? If so, is it advisable to wear appropriate gloves? 3. Is the case waterproof/airtight? I'm just asking incase I find myself carrying it in the rain. I could keep a plastic bag inside the case for such situations, but again, I'm concered about static being generated from that.
